Natural peanut butter is a wonderful thing! I always struggle with the mixing though. As I try to stir in the oil that has floated to the top I inevitably spill some and get it all over my hands and the outside the jar. (Sorry for the infomercial imagery...)

I think this could be solved by some sort of screw-like device that moves the dry matter from the bottom and churns the floating oil downward.

This idea needs a little more work in the details, like how to avoid taking half the peanut butter out of the jar once it is mixed, but I am sure this could be fixed with a squeegee like device.

Perhaps the screw could be fitted with a jar lid so the whole churning process could take place within the sealed jar! Then, when the butter is mixed, the screw could be un-screwed and washed for the next use.

I'll work on a sketch and post it later.

Food Fact: Peanut oil goes rancid at room temperature. Don't forget to refrigerate it once you have opened it! If you have a hard time spreading it on your bread, just pop the opened jar in the microwave for 20-40 seconds to soften it.
